Wilder Apartment Model

Austin | TX

Our team went in to refresh this model to appeal to their ideal residents. There were many details that were not addressed when the model was established and they were not sure how to rework some of their existing items to make it look more upscale. We went in, decided what could stay, what needed to be brought in and what could be used differently. They were thrilled with the outcome and was all just making some detailed adjustments while saving them money. They did not have the budget to start over.

This was a new property with an initial designer that came in with lots of bright red carpet, furniture, and art. It was overwhelming, and the owner asked us to come in and tone it down, replacing most of the furniture and reworking tile throughout the room, resulting in a light look with some rustic touches. Which turns out was what they were looking for - a juxtaposition of modern mixed with rustic elements.

We know the value of reworking things in a home/model using some things that you have and reworking them. Hanging photos in different rooms, using some new accessories with the current ones, drapery to change the vibe/mood in a room and decluttering accessories so that it looks more calming vs. chaotic with use of trays to corral items and simplifying.
