Located in the heart of downtown Austin, this model apartment underwent a complete transformation to align with the client’s vision and attract the ideal tenant demographic. Though initially intended as a refresh, nearly every element was replaced to create a cohesive, high-end look. To maximize impact, we focused on proper furniture scaling, introducing natural wood tones and layered textures to enhance depth and warmth. The aesthetic is rooted in modern luxury with an “Austin vibe” woven throughout—most notably in the artwork above the sofa and carefully curated decor. Soft, neutral tones dominate the space, and the addition of flowing cream drapery in the bedroom enhances the sense of comfort and tranquility

The textures that were combined using velvet, leather, textured wood and metals created a curated modern look - Lots of beautiful natural light coming in made it even more gorgeous and warm. We loved creating all the detailed vignettes throughout the space.

Showcasing our Arnold apartment model refresh nestled in the heart of Austin, Texas. As you step into this unit, you're greeted by an inviting blue wall backdrop that sets the tone for a serene and sophisticated living experience. The soft hue creates a sense of tranquility, while pops of citrus inject vibrant energy into the space, instantly uplifting the mood. This harmonious blend of colors creates a refreshing atmosphere that welcomes you home each day. We carefully selected furnishings and accents to complement Arnold's modern aesthetic. From the plush bedding to the flowing drapes and meticulously arranged pillows, every element has been chosen to evoke a sense of comfort and refinement. While we've replaced the sofa to introduce a fresh focal point, most other items have been thoughtfully refreshed and repositioned to optimize the flow and functionality of the space. Arnold's design narrative is one of balance and harmony, where contemporary design meets timeless elegance. The result is a living space that feels both chic and inviting, a place where residents can relax, unwind, and entertain.
