Wilder Clubhouse & Leasing office

Austin | TX

This was a new property with an initial designer that came in with lots of bright red carpet, furniture, and art. It was overwhelming, and the owner asked us to come in and tone it down, replacing most of the furniture and reworking tile throughout the room, resulting in a light look with some rustic touches. Which turns out was what they were looking for - a juxtaposition of modern mixed with rustic elements.

With its effortless blend of coastal aesthetics and contemporary design, the Folio Pool Cabana offers a tranquil retreat with soothing hues, beachy accents, and comfortable furnishings that come together to create a serene oasis that invites residents to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate.
