Each seating area has been curated to offer a blend of comfort and style, inviting visitors to linger and savor moments of relaxation. Whether seeking a quiet retreat to enjoy a morning coffee or a lively gathering spot to connect with friends, the Burnet Flats Breezeway provides the perfect setting for every occasion. In addition to its vibrant aesthetic, the breezeway boasts an array of amenities designed to enhance the outdoor experience. From cozy nooks with plush pillows to spacious lounges ideal for larger gatherings, every corner of these dynamic spaces has been thoughtfully crafted.

For this project, we refreshed the model & rooftop lounge. We added new cushions for existing chairs, replaced some furniture, and hung fiesta lights to give it a festive look. We also refreshed their model apartment to allow residents to experience it with a fun twist!
