West Austin | Marble Falls

Nestled in the scenic Texas Hill Country of West Austin, specifically in Marble Falls, this model home is part of an innovative modular community. Each unit is constructed off-site and then transported for final assembly, significantly reducing on-site construction time and impact. The client envisioned a design that embraced the rustic charm of Texas Hill Country while incorporating luxurious, modern touches. We balanced this by layering in natural materials, warm textures, and subtle Texas-inspired details to maintain an upscale yet inviting aesthetic. The result is a space that feels both sophisticated and deeply connected to its surroundings.

The textures that were combined using velvet, leather, textured wood and metals created a curated modern look - Lots of beautiful natural light coming in made it even more gorgeous and warm. Showcasing our Arnold apartment model refresh nestled in the heart of Austin, Texas. As you step into this unit, you're greeted by an inviting blue wall backdrop that sets the tone for a serene and sophisticated living experience. The soft hue creates a sense of tranquility, while pops of citrus inject vibrant energy into the space, instantly uplifting the mood. This harmonious blend of colors creates a refreshing atmosphere that welcomes you home each day. We carefully selected furnishings and accents to complement Arnold's modern aesthetic. From the plush bedding to the flowing drapes and meticulously arranged pillows, every element has been chosen to evoke a sense of comfort and refinement. While we've replaced the sofa to introduce a fresh focal point, most other items have been thoughtfully refreshed and repositioned to optimize the flow and functionality of the space. Arnold's design narrative is one of balance and harmony, where contemporary design meets timeless elegance. The result is a living space that feels both chic and inviting, a place where residents can relax, unwind, and entertain.

Our team went in to refresh this model to appeal to their ideal residents. There were many details that were not addressed when the model was established and they were not sure how to rework some of their existing items to make it look more upscale. We went in, decided what could stay, what needed to be brought in and what could be used differently. They were thrilled with the outcome and was all just making some detailed adjustments while saving them money. They did not have the budget to start over.
