Welcome to our latest project in San Marcos, Texas: a stunning modular apartment complex that captures the essence of the local vibe, deeply rooted in the vibrant culture of Texas State University. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to luxury, we embarked on a journey to infuse simplicity with elegance, creating a space that exudes sophistication while maintaining a sense of warmth and comfort. The living room serves as a centerpiece, adorned with artwork that pays homage to the rich history and spirit of the area, immersing residents in the unique charm of San Marcos. Drawing inspiration from the university's dynamic atmosphere, we incorporated vibrant colors and clean lines to evoke a sense of modern luxury. One of the standout features of the apartments is the built-in closets, seamlessly integrated into the bedrooms for maximum convenience. To enhance privacy and functionality, we provided innovative privacy screens, offering prospective residents a glimpse into the versatility of the space. From the moment you step foot into this modular complex, you'll be enveloped in an atmosphere of sophistication and style, where every detail has been carefully curated to elevate your living experience. Whether you're a student at Texas State University or a discerning resident seeking a luxurious retreat, our apartments offer the perfect blend of local charm and contemporary elegance.

A mainstream designer had done these models originally, but they didn’t flow well and had some furniture in them that was not “to scale.” We switched pieces from one unit to another replaced rugs, accessories, and art to refresh the spaces and make them more customized to the unique space.

Wilder Apartment Model

Our team went in to refresh this model to appeal to their ideal residents. There were many details that were not addressed when the model was established and they were not sure how to rework some of their existing items to make it look more upscale. We went in, decided what could stay, what needed to be brought in and what could be used differently. They were thrilled with the outcome and was all just making some detailed adjustments while saving them money. They did not have the budget to start over.

We embraced the "Austin Vibe", using a variety of local landscapes/fun street art around our city and of course, our very own "Matthew". Mixing the textures of leather velvet completed this fun yet sophisticated conference room. We added the art to all the existing shelving there which was mostly blank when we began. The staff asked if we installed the shelves!! No one even realized shelves were all around the room as they had been sitting empty. It is amazing the things we notice when they are restyled. Small sensible changes to create a gallery of our beloved city of Austin!
