This cozy recently renovated One bedroom model was transformed with new furnishings, drapes and accessories. The textures that were combined using velvet, leather, textured wood and metals created a curated modern look - Lots of beautiful natural light coming in made it even more gorgeous and warm. We loved creating all the detailed vignettes throughout the space.

This Folio Pool Cabana interior design refresh is located in vibrant Austin, Texas. Featuring sea glass painted walls and tranquil hues of ocean waves, with crisp white subway tiles and sleek black hardware and fixtures that add a touch of modern sophistication to the space. We embraced the beach-inspired ambiance with an array of seaside accessories and décor elements that mimic sandy shores and salty breezes. Tenants can unwind in the inviting seating areas, where natural tones and textures create a sense of warmth and relaxation. Lounging with a good book or enjoying lively conversations with friends. With its effortless blend of coastal aesthetics and contemporary design, the Folio Pool Cabana offers a tranquil retreat with soothing hues, beachy accents, and comfortable furnishings that come together to create a serene oasis that invites residents to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate.

This was a new property with an initial designer that came in with lots of bright red carpet, furniture, and art. It was overwhelming, and the owner asked us to come in and tone it down, replacing most of the furniture and reworking tile throughout the room, resulting in a light look with some rustic touches. Which turns out was what they were looking for - a juxtaposition of modern mixed with rustic elements.
